We do not refund for return or exchange of any product. Instead, store credit will be provided in exchange of the product returned, which will be valid for a period of 6 months and the same is non-transferable to any other account.
The return and exchange requests cannot be entertained if the items are found to be worn, used, soiled or damaged. Apart from that, the return of items will be refused as ‘faulty’ if they are not treated as per the garment care label while washing, ironing or dry-cleaning.
Each return/ exchange product will be carefully scrutinised by us. In case, it is found that they do not meet our guidelines, the item will be shipped back to you. In case your return has been accepted, a credit note will be issued and emailed to you, which will be valid for 6 months in your LittleTags Luxury Wallet.
Kindly note that any charges incurred while exchanging or returning the products will be borne by you. However, in case you prefer more convenient courier service, kindly inform us so that we could arrange your item to be collected from your home and returned to us. In case you opt for our courier service, a nominal fee of Rs. 500 (for parcels up to 5 kilos) will be deducted from your store credit.
All items are to be returned to LittleTags Luxury, Returns Department, Sparsh India Couture, Plot No - 84, Second Floor, F.I.E., Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi, East Delhi - 110092., India.
In case you would like to exchange an item for a bigger or smaller size of the same item, kindly return the item to the above address adhering to the guidelines mentioned above. While your returned product is received by us, we shall reserve the exchanged product (based on the availability of size). Once your return has been processed by us, we will send the exchanged product with no extra delivery charges to you.
Request for exchange will be only entertained ONCE for every order.
Once we are satisfied that the returned products meet our return policy, we assure to process all returns within 3 business days of receiving your parcel.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the price difference if an item has been reduced after the order has been placed.
